I have stayed at this place for more than a week on business purposes and really enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are well maintained with very managed things and the amenities are also good. Used the gym and it’s really great to use it but one small suggestion is to have same weight dumbbells two atleast instead of one. The complimentary breakfast is really good. Definitely would love to come to this location only for future visits

Have you ever been to an old person's house that chain smoked so much the smell was into the carpet and furniture fabric? That's what our first room smelled like! Thankfully, the hotel was not filled and I was able to get a different and much cleaner room. The front desk staff (Bethy, Claudia, Roy and Dania) were all professional, courteous, accommodating amd made my family's stay pleasant. The hotel is secure. They keep the front doors locked 24/7 and the front desk staff has to buzz you in if you don't have a key. (There's someone always at the front desk). The hotel also offers a free hot breakfast. You can also control the TV with the HHonors app. There's a large shopping center behind the hotel in case you forgot something or just want to kill some time.

The only thing we didn't like was the distance to the nearest train station, which is not something anyone can fix. BUT the experience we had was so excellent that we have decided we will stay there again despite the walk.

This Home2 was so welcoming! Hotel employee at the front desk was amazing - she answered all of our questions and helped us get parking and bathrooms for the kids before check in time. She even helped us navigate the trains to get us into Boston.

I travel to Boston to Dana Farber Cancer Institute every other week, we stay here mostly the service is nice, the rooms are clean, they offer a great breakfast which is good before I head to the hospital. The have handicap parking right out front, everything is key accessed so I feel safe. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants right behind the hotel if you get bored.

Good value. Each room has a small kitchen area that's useful for keeping costs down on longer stays. Bedroom has everything you need. Breakfast isn't great but the coffee is reasonably good. Laundry facilities in the gym which allows for a full load to be washed and dried for about $6. You'll need to pick up quarters from reception if you don't have enough change.

My favorite hotel in Boston hands down. The service is the best I’ve had at any hotel. Joe at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. Truly the best front desk employee I’ve met, and I travel a lot. The hotel already is clean, accommodating and luxurious on its own but Joe brings the experience to a new level! Will come back soon.

We normally enjoy staying at Home2 suites. This one was by far the worst experience. The rooms smelled like marijuana when we came in the first day after a long flight and then even the second day after a long day. Reported it to the front desk they offered to move us to another room but it was already so late we did not. The bathroom pocket door kept getting stuck so you couldn’t get the person out without pushing the bottom and moving the top part. The bed was so soft. It killed my back. The hotel had way too many people staying at it to eat breakfast. You couldn’t even eat there. There are so many folks to include students. The safety of the allocation caught me off guard. You’re only within a block or so from the mile meth road with all the homeless tent cities. So many homeless and drug attic‘s in that area. Did not feel safe.
